This corner terraced house in Bristol was sourced as a refurb project with planning in place to build an additional 3 bed dwelling within the garden.

The ground floor of the terraced house is being redesigned to accommodate the additional dwelling in the garden. The new design and relocation of the front door will maximise space and bring in more natural light.
Off Market Refurb
10th January 2021 - Ongoing
This off-market property in Bristol was sourced as a refurbishment project. The house is under going a full refurb including a full rewire, new woodwork throughout plus new kitchen, bathroom and garden.
We also mitigated a damp issue on the party wall caused by a crack in the gutter.
